How can I place an order?

Orders can be easily placed through our online shop. Simply add the desired items to your shopping cart and follow the checkout process.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery within Germany is usually 2–4 business days. International delivery times may vary.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over €100. For orders below this value, we charge a flat rate of €4.90. International shipping costs are displayed during checkout. Shipping is free in May!

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return items?

Yes, you can return unworn items to us within 30 days of receipt.

How does the return work?

Send us a quick email to hello@riff-label.com and we will send you all the necessary information for your return.

When will I receive my refund?

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method within 7 business days.

What materials are your products made of?

Our jewelry is made from high-quality materials such as 925 silver and stainless steel, and some are gold-plated. You can find details on the respective product pages.

Are your products allergy-friendly?

Are your products waterproof?

Yes, most products are made of stainless steel—a water-resistant material. So, you can safely wear them while swimming or exercising.

Our jewelry is currently created in close collaboration with experienced partners in China. From the very beginning, it was important to us to find producers who share our passion for quality, precision, and design. We personally stand behind every single piece – so you receive jewelry you can rely on and that reflects our values.
