Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it within 30 days — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Digital Products (PDF Patterns)
All digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, returns, cancellations, or refunds cannot be offered once the file has been delivered.
If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, please contact us — we’re happy to assist.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Digital products (PDF patterns)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or made-to-order items
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
