Processing

Each physical piece is carefully prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days if in stock. Pre-ordered items need at least 14 working days to be prepared and shipped.

Digital products are processed and delivered to your e-mailbox instantly.

During launches or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery

• Germany (DHL): 2–4 business days — free shipping
• International shipping: €11.90
• Digital products: free instant delivery per email 

Delivery times are calculated from the moment your order is dispatched.

International Orders

We ship worldwide to selected destinations.

Estimated delivery: 5–14 business days

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import taxes, duties, and carrier handling fees upon arrival.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Digital file delivery is free of change and received instantly on the provided email.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Important Notes

Please ensure your shipping details are correct and secure.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once delivery has been confirmed.

If a parcel is returned due to being unclaimed or undeliverable, reshipping costs will apply.
